Your first change is completely free of charge; provided the product is returned in its original condition (unused or undamaged), and in its original packaging.

In case you have already made your first exchange, and for some reason you want to exchange your product again, you can do so as long as the product is in good condition. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by you.

Every change and return process must be made through our email contact@kavelina.com to ensure proper care and service. It is important to send your request within 15 calendar days after receiving your order to make the change at no cost.
