RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For us, your satisfaction is the most important thing. Therefore, you can exchange or return any item, as long as the necessary conditions are met.

There are NO exchanges or returns on discounted products, or on used, abused or stained merchandise.

For any exchange or return, the product must be delivered UNUSED, and in the original box in which it was delivered. The product must be brand new, clean and in good condition; No signs of wear on the sole, and no repairs or repairs.

1.- CHANGE POLICY

If the product you purchased is not to your liking or was not the right size, you can EXCHANGE it for another size or another model. Contact us at contacto@kavelina.com.mx and we will gladly give you all the available options to make your change.

The shipping cost for the first change is FREE. If you wish to make a second exchange, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

KAVËLINA is only responsible for the shipping costs of:

  • The original purchase
  • The first exchange return guide
  • Subsequent shipment to the change

You can request your product change within 15 calendar days after making your purchase, by sending us an email to contacto@kavelina.com.mx After this time we will not be able to support you with the change.

Subsequently, we will send you a parcel guide and notify you how many days it is valid. We ask that you go to deposit the package, closed and well wrapped, at the branch of said parcel that is closest to you. You must use the prepaid guide that we sent you to send the package back to us.

In the event that the deadline to return the item expires, the shipping waybill generated by KAVËLINA will be cancelled, and the shipping cost will be at your expense.

Once we have received the package, and the free change has been validated (as long as the necessary conditions are met), we will send you an email to notify you of the new delivery date; which will depend on our availability in stock. If you have it in inventory, shipping your new product may take between 8 and 10 business days. If we do not have it, we will give you all the possible alternatives so that you can choose the one that best suits you.

In the event that the returned product does not meet the necessary conditions to proceed with the exchange, we will send you the product back and conclude the exchange process. In this case, it will be your responsibility to cover the shipping costs.

All communication of changes must be made through our email contacto@kavelina.com.mx to ensure correct attention and service.

2.- RETURN POLICY

Regarding RETURNS AND REFUNDS, these are only made for the following reasons:

  1. If the item has any manufacturing defect.
  2. Due to a mistake in delivery, if the product sent is not the one you selected.
  3. If the product did not fit you, and at the moment we do not have another similar one in your size, or any other model that is to your liking.

You can request your return within 15 calendar days after making your purchase, sending us an email to contacto@kavelina.com.mx and attaching photographs of the product (in case it is a manufacturing defect or delivery error). After this time we will not be able to support you with the process.

Subsequently, we will send you a parcel guide and notify you how many days it is valid. We ask that you go to deposit the package, closed and well wrapped, at the branch of said parcel that is closest to you. You must use the prepaid guide that we sent you to send the package back to us.

Once we have received the package and the return has been validated (as long as the necessary conditions are met), we will send an email to your email to notify you of the way in which your return will be made.

In case of return due to defect, the product (once received back) will be subjected to a quality inspection, in which it will be verified that the defect is factory-made. If the product does not pass quality inspection, we will return it to you. In this case, shipping will be at your expense.

Any item that has been returned and does not pass the quality inspection due to being used or damaged, will be returned to you. In this case, shipping will be at your expense.
