RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is the most important thing for us. Therefore, you can exchange or return any item, as long as the necessary conditions are met.

There are NO exchanges or returns on discounted products, nor on used, damaged or stained merchandise.

For any exchange or return, the product must be delivered UNUSED, and in the original box in which it was delivered. The product must be brand new, clean and in good condition; no signs of use on the sole, and no repairs or adjustments.

1.- EXCHANGE POLICY

If the product you bought is not to your liking or the right size, you can EXCHANGE IT for another size or model. Contact us at our e-mail contacto@kavelina.com and we will gladly provide all the available options to help you.

The cost of sending the first exchanged item is FREE. If you wish to make a second change, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

KAVËLINA is only responsible for the shipping costs of:

  • The original purchase
  • The first exchange return guide
  • The subsequent shipment of the exchanged item.

You can request your product change within 15 calendar days after your purchase, by emailing us at contacto@kavelina.com. After this time, we will not be able to support you with the change.

Subsequently, we will send you a parcel guide and notify you how many days it will be valid for. We ask that you deposit the package, closed and well wrapped, at the branch closest to you. You will need to use the prepaid waybill we send you to return the package to us.

In case the deadline to return the item expires, the shipping guide generated by KAVËLINA will be cancelled, and the shipping cost will be borne by you.

Once we have received the package, and the change has been validated at no cost (as long as the necessary conditions are met), we will send you an email to notify you of the new delivery date; which will depend on our stock availability. If it is in stock, the shipment of your new product may take between 8 and 10 business days. If not, we will give you all the possible alternatives so that you can choose the one that suits you best.

In the event that the returned product does not meet the necessary conditions to proceed with the exchange, we will send the product back to you and terminate the exchange process. In this case, it will be your responsibility to cover the shipping costs.

All communication of exchanges must be made through our email contacto@kavelina.com to ensure proper care and service.

2.- RETURN POLICY

Regarding RETURNS AND REFUNDS, these are only made for the following reasons:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.  
  • Due to a delivery mistake; if the product sent is not the one you selected.
  • The product does not fit, and at that moment we neither have another similar one in your size, nor another model that is to your liking.

You can request your return within 15 calendar days after your purchase, by emailing us at contacto@kavelina.com and attaching photographs of the product (in the case of a manufacturing defect or delivery error). After this time, we will not be able to support you with the process.

Subsequently, we will send you a parcel guide and notify you how many days it will be valid for. We ask that you deposit the package, closed and well wrapped, at the branch closest to you. You will need to use the prepaid waybill we send you to return the package to us.

Once we have received the package and the return has been validated (as long as the necessary conditions are met), we will send an email to notify you of the way in which your return will be made.

In case of return due to defect, the product (once received) will be subjected to a quality inspection, in which it will be verified that the defect is from the factory. If the product does not pass the quality inspection, we will send it back to you. In this case, shipping will be at your expense.

Any item that has been returned and does not pass the quality inspection due to having been used or damaged, will be returned to you. In this case, shipping will be at your expense.
