PayPal allows you to make payments through your credit or debit card without the need to be registered in its system. When selecting your payment method with PayPal, two buttons will appear, a yellow one that will ask you to enter your PayPal account and a black button will also appear that says Debit or Credit Card. If you select that button it will appear immediately for you to enter your card details without creating an account.
